Community Up is a Black woman owned social impact consulting and advisory practice that partners with community-based organizations, government agencies, advocate groups and philanthropic institutions to design, validate, and operationalize strategic initiatives and social service programs to improve well-being and life outcomes for vulnerable Black & Brown communities.
Our approach is person-centered, equity-driven and grounded in a participatory collaborative design framework that engages diverse stakeholders and impacted communities to co-design solutions to pressing social challenges. We tailor our approach to meet the unique needs and objectives of each client.
